Free shipping applies to purchases over 499 SEK within SWEDEN.
For purchases below 499 SEK will be charged a shipping fee of 69kr.
Total cost, including shipping cost and VAT is clearly specified at checkout. NOTE! Shipping varies from country to country.

Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. Always check your order confirmation so that everything looks OK. If it would be any questions, please contact us immediately.
For deiveries we use DHL. Your products will be delivered to your nearest delivery location. Once your package can be picked up, you will be notified via sms. Remember that your ID is required to pick up the package. For deliveries outside of Sweden DHL will deliver directly to the recipient's address.
Delivery times within Sweden - normally 2-4 working days. In exceptional cases, it happens that our carrier does not have a daily run-out of the packages (less populated areas), then the delivery time may be extended slightly. Delivery times within Europe with DHL - normally 3-6 working days.
DAMAGES TO THE SHIPMENT
If you upon receipt of your package at the delivery agent discover that the the package itself is visibly damaged during transport, this should be claimed directly to the delivery agent. If you find that when unpacking the contents are damaged, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers' personal data is treated confidentially whether they have specifically requested it or not. We use the information only for the efficient processing of customer orders.
We will not share addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or other personal information about our customers to third parties for marketing purposes, or statistical analysis.
